2. The present contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance of order dated 04.12.2018, passed in C.W.J.C. No.5365 of 2017.

3. At the outset, the learned counsel for the Stateopposite parties submit that the order dated 04.12.2018, passed in C.W.J.C. No.5365 of 2017, has already been complied inasmuch as the Circle Officer, Parbatta, in Miscellaneous Case

Patna High Court MJC No.1488 of 2019(4) dt.17-04-2026 2/2 No.7/2018-19, has already passed the order dated 14.03.2019, whereby the claim of the petitioner has been rejected.

4. Accordingly, the present contempt petition is dismissed.
