In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 202 of 2018 arising out of Samho P.S. Case No.13 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Already thrice, the petitioner has tested his luck for grant of bail unsuccessfully in Cr. Misc. Nos. 11986 of 2018, 26980 of 2019 and 60899 of 2019 respectively. Counsel for the petitioner submits that all the witnesses have been examined and the case is at the argument stage.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25146 of 2020(3) dt.05-03-2021 2/2 Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner again.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, this Court directs the trial court to dispose of the case within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, the court below will intimate this Court about disposal of the case.

It is made clear that no adjournment will be granted to any party after the argument starts.
