The petitioner, who retired with effect from 31.01.1999 as Assistant Teacher from Government G.M.S.S. Middle School, Madhubani, has filed the present writ petition with a prayer to direct the Respondents to pay the G.P.F. amount deducted prior to 1976. After such a long time, the Court was not inclined to entertain such writ petition. However, in view of facts and circumstances of this case, the Court proposes to dispose of the writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority by filing representation. If such representation is filed before Respondent no.3/ Director, Primary Education,

Patna High Court CWJC No.13994 of 2014 (2) dt.30-01-2016 2/2 Bihar, Patna, within a period of six weeks from today, the Respondent no.3/ Director, Primary Education, Bihar may examine the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law. If he considers the claim of the petitioner as genuine, appropriate steps may be taken for clearing the dues preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation.
