Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No.606 of 2022 registered under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and other allied sections of the I.P.C. and section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners. It is further submitted that nobody has received any injury in the alleged occurrence.

No.27489 of 2023(2) dt.07-07-2023 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No.606 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
