JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323 and 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that when the informant was at his shop, the accused persons entered into the house of the informant on 30.06.2015, abused and assaulted the wife of the informant. It is alleged against the petitioner that he pushed the wife of the informant and tore her clothes.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the own brother of the informant and for the occurrence of 30.06.2015, the FIR was lodged on 01.10.2015 when no injury was caused to anyone.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56421 of 2015 (2) dt.11-12-2015 2/2 petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hazipur in connection with Town (Hazipur) P.S. Case No. 740 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
