This application for grant of regular bail arise out of Kahalgaon (Ghogha) P.S. Case No. 881 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 504, 506, 354C, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner entered the house of informant and forcibly established physical relation with her. The victim girl in her statement recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C has stated that the petitioner committed rape on her. In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
