21-12-2015 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in relation to Khagaria P.S. Case No. 319 of 2015 registered under Sections 498A, 328, 313, 323/34, 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Petitioner no. 1 is the father-in-law, petitioner no. 2 is the mother-in-law and petitioner nos. 3 and 4 are unmarried sister-in-laws.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57322 of 2015 (2) dt.21-12-2015 The informant is the father of the deceased girl who is daughter-in-law of petitioner no. 1. The First Information Report was lodged on 20.05.2015, and allegedly, statement of the girl was recorded on 22.05.2015. The girl died on 25.05.2015.

Learned counsel for the informant has appeared and brought to the notice of the Court the post mortem examination report. Learned counsel for the petitioner also refers to the post mortem examination report and states that the clear finding is that the death was due to pre-existing disease. She was a case of severe anemia, renal failure leading to septicemia and respiratory failure. She had been under treatment in a Hospital for over a month. Only to harass the petitioners, the case has been lodged and document is made out. This Court cannot go into these questions at this stage. Be that as it may, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the petitioners, namely, Chit Ranjan Singh, Ranjana Devi, Rukmini Devi and Chhoti Kumari, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like
