22-12-2015 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation to Complaint Case No. 102/2014 corresponding to Tr. No. 2275/2014 registered under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act by his wife.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the marriage had taken place in the year 2005. The wife had abandoned from the matrimonial house for which the petitioner had filed an application under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act for restitution of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57402 of 2015 (2) dt.22-12-2015 conjugal rights before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Dhanbad, which had been decreed. After the decree was passed, this complaint was filed in the year 2014. From the order-sheet of learned Sessions Judge, it is apparent that the learned Sessions Judge tried to bring out reconciliation by issuing notice to the complainant, but she refused to appear in the Court.

Be that as it may, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the petitioner, namely, Amit Kumar Singh @ Amit Kumar, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Complaint Case No. 102/2014 corresponding to Tr. No. 2275/2014, subject to conditions laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
