2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioners used to torture and caused injuries to the informant and also tried to kill her.

4. It is submitted that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to petty family dispute. Petitioner no. 1 is step-mother and petitioner no. 2 is father of the informant. In fact, informant herself fell down from the roof and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27636 of 2023(3) dt.11-08-2023 2/2 received minor injuries and taking advantage of this situation, this false and concocted case has been lodged by the informant at the instance of her Mausi.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Bhagalpur in connection with Kajraili P.S. Case No. 84 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
