The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 131 of 2015 registered under Sections 419, 420, 406, 409 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that on perusal of Annexure-3 series to the bail application, it appears that similarly situated several co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by different Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 31120 of 2018, 12860 of 2017, 38277 of 2017 and 53121 of 2018.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24709 of 2019(2) dt.17-04-2019 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Danapur, Patna in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 131 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
