2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 14.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.16672 of 2024 by this Court by which the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently in the vakalatnama as well as cause title of the bail petition bearing Cr. Misc. No.16672 of 2024, the name of district of the petitioner has been mentioned as 'Sitamarhi' in place of 'Darbhanga'. Consequently, the same thing has been incorporated in the cause title of the order dated 14.03.2024. Thus, the learned counsel seeks modification in the aforesaid

4. In such view of the matter, the order dated 14.03.2024 is modified to the extent that in the cause title of the said order, name of district of the petitioner be read as 'Darbhanga' in place of 'Sitamarhi'.

5. The time to surrender is extended by further two weeks.

6. The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to correct the name of district of the petitioner in the vakalatnama as well as cause title of the main bail petition within one week.

7. This application stands disposed of.
