2. After some arguments, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application with a liberty to file regular bail before the Court below.

3. Permission, as prayed for, is granted.

4. Accordingly, the present bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

5. It is directed to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below within a period of 6 weeks from today. In case, the petitioner surrenders within six weeks, then the Court below is directed to pass order on his surrender-cum-bail application on the same day without being prejudice that the anticipatory bail of the petitioner has been dismissed as withdrawn and the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27551 of 2025(2) dt.20-06-2025 2/2 Court below shall pass order on the merit of this case.

6. The Court below shall take note of the fact that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 26.06.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33420 of 2024, however, he could not avail the same.
