JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-01-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.145/2015 registered for the offences punishable under section 306 IPC, pending before the learned CJM, Munger.

The prosecution case is that the daughter of the informant, namely, Puja Kumari was married with the petitioner on 22.04.2015 but due to threat given by the petitioner to perform second marriage, the victim committed suicide on 15.06.2015.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that earlier application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was withdrawn which was filed vide Criminal Miscellaneous

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.424 of 2016 (2) dt.08-01-2016 2/2 No.49789/2015 but since the informant has subsequently retracted from the accusation of abetment against the petitioner, the prayer for anticipatory bail has been renewed.
