2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 11(1)(a), 11(1)(d), 11(1) (e), 11(1)(f), 11(1) of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act 1960, 47(a), 54(1), 54(2) of Animal Transportation Rule 1978 and Sections 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
3. As per the prosecution case, one bull has been recovered from the vehicle of this petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused in this case merely because he happens to be registered owner of the vehicle in question. He further submits that the vehicle in question was being used by the driver without knowledge or consent of the petitioner. He next submits that petitioner has got no concern with the alleged

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Buxar in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 59 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
