05. 13.07.2016 The Petitioner was granted provisional bail on 18.01.2016 subject to deposit of 30% of Rs. 1,55,00,000/- which was extended on 22.06.2016 as last chance. It is brought to the notice of the Court that till date the Petitioner has not deposited a single penny.

In view of such, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 18.01.2016 is, hereby, rejected in connection with Buxar P.S. Case No. 62 of 2015 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar. Vikash/- (Anjana Prakash, J.) U T
