JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-01-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That through this writ application petitioner seeks indulgence of this Hon'ble court for issuance of appropriate nature of certiorari for quashing the appointment of Respondent no. 6 to the post of Anganbari Sewika under Gram Panchayat, Cheetakhal, Block Guthani, District- Siwan on the ground she has been selected/appointed on forged certificate issued by Board of High School and
Patna High Court CWJC No.7523 of 2022(2) dt.03-01-2024 2/2 Intermediate Examination, Uttar Pradesh, which are forged and fabricated and further prays for grant another relief/reliefs for which petitioner is entitled under law."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
