The petitioner is facing accusation punishable under section 307 IPC with an allegation of causing injury with a Farsa on the head and other parts of the son of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that owing to animosity the petitioner has been implicated in the case. The injury report does not fully supports the allegation. Learned APP conversely submits that the doctor found several injuries on the person of the son of the informant which support the allegation attributed to the petitioner. Considering the nature of the allegation and other materials available on record, prayer for anticipatory bail made on behalf of the petitioner is rejected.
