Matter is relating to selection and appointment to the post of Grade-B officer in the RBI. Petitioner was called for interview and thereafter his candidature has been cancelled for the reasons that he failed to obtain No-objection Certificate. Matter is of the year 2011 and it is pending consideration. Therefore, it is made clear that no further time would be granted on the next date of hearing. If there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, the petition would be dismissed for non-prosecution on the next date of hearing.

Relist this matter on 25.07.2022."

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
