JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 06-08-2019 In respect of his claim for honorarium, petitioner's counsel submits that the authorities had exchanged many correspondence, however, honorarium pursuant to petitioner's engagement as Revenue Karmchari pursuant to Annexure 1 dated 13.3.2012 has not been paid. The correspondence relied upon by petitioner's counsel is dated 14.8.2013 issued by Additional Collector, Gaya (Annexure 4).

It is submitted that the respondents be directed to consider claim of the petitioner for payment of honorarium having regard to the actual number of days of service rendered

It is submitted that petitioner has been continued further thereafter. The authorities should consider petitioner's claim for payment of honorarium for the period after 14.8.2013 details of which are not on record. Therefore this Court would grant liberty to the petitioner to make a comprehensive claim in respect of honorarium before the District Magistrate Gaya. If such claim is made within four weeks, the District Magistrate should consider petitioner's claim and make payment of admissible dues expeditiously without undue delay and preferably within three months.

Writ petition is disposed of.
