The present application filed by the petitioner for direction to the respondent No.4 to conclude the encroachment proceeding and take final decision.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that Encroachment Case No. 02/2013-14 is pending before respondent No.4, since 2013.

Considering the fact that the matter is pending for last more than six years, the Court is constrained to direct the respondent No.4, to take appropriate decision in Encroachment Case No. 02/2013-14 and take the proceeding its logical end at

Patna High Court CWJC No.8604 of 2019(2) dt.22-04-2019 2/2 the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
