The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bishambharpur P.S. Case no. 08 of 2017, registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that some unknown removed the copper wire of transformer of 16 KVA as fixed in village Khem Matihania due to that reasons, the North Bihar Power Distribution Co. Ltd. has suffered loss of Rs. 20,000/-.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the basis of the written report of the informant Bishambharpur P.S. Case no. 08 of 2017 was instituted on 31.01.2017, under Section 379 of the I.P.C. against unknown. In course of investigation, Ramesh Mahto
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42367 of 2017 (2) dt.19-09-2017 2/2 brother of the petitioner was apprehended, who disclosed the name of the petitioner due to family dispute. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M-X, Gopalganj in connection with Bishambharpur P.S. Case No. 08 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
