Learned counsel for the State submits that earlier one M.J.C. No. 2852 of 2011 was filed for non-compliance of the order dated 06.04.2011 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 10016 of 2007, which has already been disposed of vide order dated 18.09.2013

Patna High Court MJC No.2850 of 2014 dt.10-02-2015 with liberty that if the petitioners feel aggrieved, and so advised, they can avail appropriate remedy in an appropriate proceeding without being prejudiced by this order and the present contempt application has also been filed on behalf of the petitioner for none compliance of the aforesaid order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 10016 of 2007.

Since the M.J.C. No. 2852 of 2011 was related to non compliance of order under contempt has been dropped with liberty that if the petitioners feel aggrieved, an so advised, they can avail appropriate remedy in an appropriate proceeding without being prejudiced by this order, I find no reason to reconsider the present contempt application. Accordingly, the contempt application is disposed of.
