Admittedly, lands of the petitioners were acquired and compensation amount was determined treating the said lands as agricultural lands. It is also admitted position that spot inspection was made and it was found the acquired lands were agricultural lands. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the aforesaid acquired lands are being used by the petitioners for harvesting fish and, therefore, the aforesaid lands will come under the category of commercial lands but I am not at all convinced with the aforesaid submission and, in my view, the concerned authority rightly treated lands of the petitioners under the category of agricultural lands
