2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 195 of 2024 dated 07.05.2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, on 07.05.2024 at about 01.20 PM, the neighbour Gautam dom along with his wife Vinaka Devi came to the house of the informant and alleged that the informant's son Sameer Dom has fled away with the daughter of Gautam Dom, and now they would take away Anchal Kumari until Puja Kumari back home. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. It is further submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 18.12.2024. The co-accused person has already been granted regular bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 84748 of 2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, West Champaran in connection with Ramnagar P.S.
