The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Neemchak Bathani P.S. Case No. 66 of 2019 for the offences under Section 363/366A/34 IPC.

On consideration of the materials available on the record including the case diary and the fact that the victim has not been recovered as yet, the court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The prayer is rejected.

However, if the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail, the Court below shall consider and dispose of the regular bail application on the same day.
