Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 15 of 2020 for the offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 291, 341, 323, 337, 353, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case, the petitioner has been made accused over a dispute of showing license of D.J. It is alleged that on the date of occurrence 40-50 persons were playing D.J. and when the police party objected the same, the accused started throwing brick and stone and also when the petitioner was asked to show his license of D.J. he

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit Rs. 10,000/- cash in the court below and on depositing cash of Rs. 10,000/- the court below shall release the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-II cum Special Judge, Nawada, in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 15 of 2020 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. The deposit of cash of Rs. 10000/- shall abide by the final outcome of the pending criminal case.
