JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The case is under Sections 467, 468, 120(B) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the complainant is father of the petitioner No.2 and the petitioner No.1 is wife of petitioner No.2. It has also been submitted that father of the petitioner No.2 has lodged this case alleging therein that the petitioners got the sale deed executed by impersonating the complainant by getting the sale deed executed by Sunil Kumar son of the petitioner No.1. It has also been submitted that the sale deed is of the year 2000 and now the case has been filed in the year

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51410 of 2016 (2) dt.14-12-2016 2013.

Heard learned APP appearing for the State.

In the facts and circumstances of the present case, let the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Chandan Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jehanabad in connection with Trial No. 1128/016 arising out of Complaint Case No. 71/013, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioners shall present themselves before the police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on their part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, their bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
