2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for to challenge the proceeding of Aam Sabha dated 09.03.2019 by which candidature of the petitioner has been rejected and selection of the respondent No.10 has been made. The further prayer has been made for quashing the selection

3. Counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that the present matter is relating to Anganwari Sevika of Ward No.11 of Radhaur Gram Panchayat, DistrictSitamarhi. He submits that for the appointment of Anganwari Sevika/Sahaika, there is remedy available to the petitioner to challenge the said appointment according to relevant guidelines before the concerned authority mentioned in the said guidelines.

4. In the light of the submissions made by the parties, the present writ petition is hereby disposed off, directing to the petitioner to avail remedy according to the guidelines for appointment of Anganwari Sevika/Sahaika within 30 days from the production of the order.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the present writ application is hereby disposed off.
