The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 102 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 379 and 34 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of A.C.J.M.-1st, Madhepura.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that due to previous enmity, petitioner has falsely been made accused in this case. It is also submitted that both the parties are gotia.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner with submission that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. with direct allegation and due to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1839 of 2017 (3) dt.17-02-2017 2/2 alleged occurrence, the informant sustained injuries by means of iron rod.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the allegation, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner is rejected.
