Petitioner is accused in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 206 of 2012 registered under Sections 344, 366A, 373 and 504/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. In the present case, the complaint case is filed after lapse of two months of the alleged occurrence. Further submission is that on perusal of the medical report, it appears that the girl is major.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
