2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 995 of 2024 arising out of Piprasi P.S. Case No. 45 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have taken away the deceased with them and killed him.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner and the deceased along with others had gone to Uttar Pradesh to consume liquor. It has further been submitted that the deceased has consumed liquor in excess and because of the same he died while returning. The

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Bagaha, West Champaran/concerned Court below in connection with S.Tr.
