The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Forbishganj P.S.Case No.621 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 354(B)/379/504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are named in the FIR and the specific allegation is attributed against the co-accused persons of assault.

No.26202 of 2019(4) dt.05-07-2019 2/2 Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that earlier Jamabandi Case No.262 of 2017-18 had been filed and decided in favour of the petitioners, due to which they annoyed and a false and concocted case has been filed. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and considering the fact that some other accused persons have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 2.7.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.40669 of 2019, as such, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Araria in connection with Forbishganj P.S.Case no.621 of 2018 , subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
