JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-11-2016 Heard Sri Mahendra Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The petitioner, who is husband of the complainant/Opp.Party no.2, has prayed for grant of bail in the event of his arrest or surrender in Bela P.S. Case No.169/2015 registered for the offence under Sections 323,379, 498(A), 494, 504 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, submits that the petitioner is still ready to keep Opp.Party no.2 respectfully as wife. However, on perusal of the impugned order, it is evident that there is allegation that the petitioner has already solemnized second marriage and, as such, there is no reason for issuance of notice to Opp.Party no.2 with an
