The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Special Case No. 07 of 2017 arising out of Mojahidpur (Babarganj) P.S. Case No. 89 of 2017 registered under Sections 406, 409, 120B, 417, 418, 420, 423, 426, 431, 464, 465, 468, 477(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code, section 3(0) of Damage to Public Property Prevention Act and section 7 of Prevention of Corruption Act. .
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is a Class-IV Grade employee. He is innocent. It is also submitted that petitioner is on the verge of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44569 of 2017 (3) dt.17-10-2017 2/2 retirement and has no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District and Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge Vigilance-II, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 07 of 2017 arising out of Mojahidpur (Babarganj) P.S. Case No. 89 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
