This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 70 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 427, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the injury sustained by the injured is simple in nature, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court
