JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-10-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.(1)For issuance of writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction quashing of letter no 704 dated 10.9.2015 issued by the Executive Engineer Quality Control Division No-1, Anisabad, Patna whereby and whereunder demand for revised pay

Patna High Court CWJC No.19048 of 2015(2) dt.06-10-2023 2/3 scale and other consequential benefits in view of letter no. 3111 dated 25.3.2015 and letter no. 6338 dated 16.7.2015 has been rejected by the authority so far petitioner is concerned.

(2) For issuance of a writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction quashing letter no. 8059 dated 14.9.2015 read with memo no. 72 dated 17.9.2015 issued by Respondent no. 3, whereby and whereunder the letter no. 6338 dated 16.7.2015 earlier issued by Finance Department granting certain benefits to employees, was illegally and arbitrarily withdrawn/rescined by the authorities.

(2)(A) For issuance of appropriate writ in the nature of MANDAMUS, commanding to the respondent authority to pay the revised pay scale to the petitioner in view of decision taken by the State Government vide letter no 3111 dated 25.3.2015 and letter no. 6338

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
