The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sonebarsa P.S. Case No. 63 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 15.03.2020.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24885 of 2020(2) dt.22-09-2020 2/2 case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing his personal bond to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sonebarsa P.S. Case No. 63 of 2020.
