Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411, 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is of cutting 30-35 Shisham and Sagwan tree from the land of the informant firstly on 01.03.2016 and subsequently on 02.03.2016. It is also alleged that the petitioner is in habit of terrorizing the informant that he would sold the property at a throw away price. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation has been levelled in the background of share dispute.

Keeping in view of the serious criminal

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36118 of 2016 (3) dt.09-09-2016 antecedents of the petitioner, let the learned court below consider the prayer for bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 79 of 2016, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hjipur.

With the above observation this application is disposed of.
