Petitioners' father, late Siyaram Sharma, was provided central pay and its effect whether is he entitled to second time bound advance after completion of 25 years or not?

Learned counsel for the petitioners has not countered para 2 of the counter affidavit filed by the Respondent No. 4 in which it is specifically contended by the State that the petitioners' father has been extended central pay, in the result, he is not entitled to second time bound promotion. That apart, it

Patna High Court CWJC No.11884 of 2011 dt.21-12-2021 2/2 is noticed that petitioners' father was stated to have been promoted to the post of Headmaster as is evident from the pleadings of both the petitioners and the State. The State has specifically contended that father of petitioners, Late Siyaram Sharma was promoted as Headmaster on 30.07.1971. If 25 years from the date of holding the post of Headmaster i.e. on 30.07.1991 is taken into consideration, in that event Late Siyaram Sharma would complete 25 years of service on 12.07.1996 whereas extending time bound promotion ceased w.e.f. 01.01.1996.
