The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case filed under Section 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and allegation is that some persons had pointed pistol upon the students' leaders. It is further submitted that his antecedent is clean.

Having regards to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today in M.M.P.S. Case No.49/15, the above named petitioner, Arjun Yadav shall be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
