The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Suryapura P.S. Case 18/2016 registered under Sections 409, 420, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The present case has been lodged only because the petitioner did not hand over the registers and documents with regard to appointment of Panchayat teachers. It is submitted that the petitioner was posted as Panchayat Secretary in Sheobahar and Gosaldih Panchayats in the district of Rohtas in the year 2014. The appointment of Panchayat teachers was made in the year 2006. The petitioner did not receive any charge from his predecessor but even then the petitioner has been made accused in this case.
