The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Suryapura P.S. Case 18/2016 registered under Sections 409, 420, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.
The present case has been lodged only because the petitioner did not hand over the registers and documents with regard to appointment of Panchayat teachers. It is submitted that the petitioner was posted as Panchayat Secretary in Sheobahar and Gosaldih Panchayats in the district of Rohtas in the year 2014. The appointment of Panchayat teachers was made in the year 2006. The petitioner did not receive any charge from his predecessor but even then the petitioner has been made accused in this case. No.28021 of 2016 (2) dt.02-09-2016 2/2 court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas in Suryapura P.S.
