This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Koilwar P.S. Case No. 09 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 384, 386, 307 & 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 25(1-b)a, 26,35, 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is said to have involved in illegal sand mining. The petitioner has four criminal antecedents also. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
