2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 447, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted on the head of son of the informant by means of iron rod. Doctor has found the injury to be simple in nature. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
