Learned State Counsel further submits that the appeal against the order of punishment bearing Service Appeal No 666 of 2013 preferred by the petitioner before the Commissioner, Patna Division was withdrawn on 22.05.2014.

In the circumstances, the relief, as claimed in the instant proceedings, is not maintainable.

Since, none appears on behalf of the petitioner, without going into the merits of the submission, writ petition is
