21-12-2015 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation to Complaint Case No. 3025 of 2014 registered under Sections Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, registered under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

With reference to the complaint it shows that the petitioner was married to the complainant in the year 1995 and this complaint is being lodged after 20 years of marriage.

Be that as it may, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within four

Maqsud, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Complaint Case No. 3025 of 2014, subject to conditions laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
