JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.(i) For issuance of an appropriate order(s) direction(s) or writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to reinstate the petitioner back in service on the post of 'Work Sarkar' or any post in light of the letter issued by the Secretary, Human Resource Development Department, Government of Bihar, Patna dated 09.11.1992 (Annexure-12) (ii) For issuance of appropriate order, direction or writ or direction to respondents to make payment of due amount of D.A. and Insurance with interest to petitioner."

Patna High Court CWJC No.24421 of 2013(2) dt.06-07-2023 2/2 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his relief to issuance of a direction to the respondents to pay the arrears of salary of the petitioner, in case the same is due.

Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, as aforesaid, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent-authority for payment of the outstanding arrears of salary.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off, however, with the aforesaid liberty.
