2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, while making prayer for bail, has submitted that the bail petition of the petitioner was rejected earlier by this Court vide order dated 23.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 65739 of 2024, considering his 17 criminal antecedents. He has further submitted that in all those cases, the petitioner has been granted bail. The petitioner is under custody for more than a year and the alleged recovery of 36 litres of country-made liquor, was not from the possession of the petitioner.

3. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as prolonged incarceration of the

No.27448 of 2025(3) dt.25-07-2025 2/2 petitioner, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Tr. No. 1333 of 2024 arising out of Thakraha P.S. Case No. 27 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
