JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 16-02-2023 It appears on perusal of the counter affidavit on behalf of the respondent no. 2 that there had been previous round of litigation in CWJC No. 17153 of 2009 in which this Court had passed the order dated 03.02.2010. Thereafter, the petitioner, the respondent no. 4 and Md. Rokaya Khatoon, the step-mother, her sons and daughters have compromised the dispute. Counter affidavit of respondent no. 4 is also available on the record.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, nothing remains for adjudication in the present writ application. Even otherwise, this Court finds that the petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondents to consider his case for appointment on

Patna High Court CWJC No.20954 of 2011(4) dt.16-02-2023 2/2 compassionate ground in the light of the decision of the District Compassionate Committee, Munger, dated 19.12.2007/ 22.01.2008, 14 years have gone thereafter.
