The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Siwan R.P.F P.S. Case No. 3 of 2015, registered for offences punishable under Section 3 of R.P.U.P Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner of having received any stolen property or has any recovery been made from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

Considering the nature of allegation made and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of

Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonepur, Saran in connection with Siwan R.P.F P.S. Case No. 3 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
