BADAR ORAL ORDER 10-02-2022 The applicant is an accused in the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code with an allegation that he had committed murder of his wife. The counter affidavit has been filed by the State shows that in the year 2021 itself, eight of the witnesses were examined. As the trial is part herd and eight witnesses are already examined. The application is accordingly rejected with a direction to the learned trial court to conclude and to deliver the Judgment within a period of six months from today.
